1. How long does it take to receive my order once placed?
Our online orders are compiled and ready for pick-up or delivery within 1-2 business days - Need it sooner? Contact Us to discuss what you need!
2. Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Absolutely! If your order contains a prescription item, please ensure that the pharmacy staff have the necessary authorization to release your prescription to someone else. It is helpful if the individual picking up the order knows your full name and what items are in the order.
3. Can I add my prescriptions to my online order?
Yes! Please use our online prescription order system (or the Jasper mettra App in your smartphone) to place the order. Make a note at Checkout that you have prescriptions to complete the order. Alternately, give us a call to place your prescription refill and provide a note at Checkout of this.
4. Is there any way to get my order faster?
It depends on the item. Regularly stocked items can generally be packaged same-day, however not all products online are regularly stocked. Thus, order cut-off times are as follows:
Orders placed on weekends and by 12:00pm Monday will be ready by 2:00pm Tuesday.
Orders placed by 12:00pm Tuesday will be ready by 2:00pm Wednesday.
Orders placed by 12:00pm Thursday will be ready by 2:00pm Friday.
