Refund policy

Jasper mettra Pharmacy allows returns on a case-by-case basis. As per the Alberta College of Pharmacy (and provincial regulations), pharmacies are not allowed to accept any prescription product for re-use. Learn more. 

We may accept returns IN-STORE on certain items as long as they are unopened, undamaged, etc. For ONLINE orders, all returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee, and any shipping charges are non-refundable.
